Haven's Reef Open Water Scuba Program

Upon completion you and your buddy will be able to explore the underwater world as certified divers. You will find the training to be fun and enjoyable. Join us and complete this program with not one certification but two! Within our Open Water Program is a PADI distinctive specialty Peak Performance Buoyancy. When your six-dive program is complete, you will not just be certified but prepared to Dive Better. There are several options for your personalized certification program. Just let us know your goals and we will tailor a program specifically for you!

Full Certification - $625

This requires two weekends. You will complete all your pool dives and academics the first weekend. The second weekend you will complete your six ocean dives. Successfully completing these dives awards you a PADI Open Water Certification and a PADI Peak Performance Buoyancy specialty. The second weekend will be on beautiful Catalina Island. The Saturday will consist of three dives at Casino Point, the first marine sanctuary in the United States. The Sunday's three dives will be made from The King Neptune, one of the finest dive boats in Southern California. The cost of your round trip boat to Catalina, a double occupancy hotel room, taxi's and the King Neptune Boat trip are all included in the cost of your class!

What we provide:

• Scuba Rental Gear- Wetsuit, Hood, Regulator, BCD, Cylinder, Weights and Instruments
• All materials for your certification- All Instruction and certification paperwork
• Pool, Ocean, and Classroom Instruction
• Catalina Weekend (Ferry, Hotel, Dive Boat) - All you pay for is parking, air fills and food!!

What you provide:

• Attitude and having fun!
• Complete all home study
• Provide all personal gear (Mask, Fins, Snorkel, Boots, Gloves and Gear Bag)
• Pay for food, parking and air-fills in Catalina
• Provide 3 passport size photos

During your Open Water weekend you have a unique opportunity to expand the potential of your course. On Sunday you may have two dives available to you that can be used for you to continue your diving education. Complete your pool dives and all quizzes that first weekend, and we will send you off to your destination ready to hit the ocean for the rest of your training!
